‘Chocolate Factory’
Originating from the concept ‘Avant-Garde’, the McQueen Boutique Hotel, is designed to provide an elegant and avant-garde aesthetic combined with practicality and a keen eye towards sustainability. It fulfils the clients’ desire of bringing to guests and residents of the area the unexpected, building a very modern and unusual extension at the rear of the existing historical building, stimulating curiosity and emotions of end users to make it a truly unique experience. The Chocolate Factory is a co-working space re-designed to house a variety of different professions within the design industry, as well as a shop and café to help economically sustain the building. Designed with the use of materials typically used in the construction industry, the space emanates fresh and architectural vibes, also thanks to the amount of natural light flowing through the building and a space plan stimulating curiosity towards spaces created.
