Seamless Restaurant
The aim of this project was to adaptively re-use an existing historic building and transform it into an environment in which social responsibility will be a main focus. The newly created environment will be one that brings the community together, encouraging a healthy lifestyle and organic food consumption in an urban setting. To achieve this, I chose to convert the existing space into a Farm-to-table Restaurant which centers around the Indoor Aquaponics garden system and biophilic design practices.
