‘You Are Enough’ — a body positivity/empowerment campaign
You Are Enough is an advertising campaign that highlights stereotypical perceptions of what a woman should look like and the impact that has on a woman’s perception of herself. The aim of the campaign is to empower, encourage, build character, strengthen and give women confidence in themselves. The campaign is aimed at young women from the age of 18 to 24 years who lack confidence or have a skewed body image as a result of societal pressures like social media.
